Director of Growth Sales (Enterprise)

Join Skai, a leading AI-powered marketing technology company, as the Director of Growth Sales (Enterprise). In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients, driving net revenue expansion, and leading client conversations. You will report to the VP of EGrowth and work closely with the Client Success team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Retain and grow assigned strategic enterprise clients by managing senior-level relationships and owning the overall partnership.
• Drive net new revenue (NRR) via upsell and cross-sell — including global expansion, product expansion, new lines of business, and custom projects.
• Lead account development by establishing and deepening relationships with senior client executives and key decision-makers.

• Skilled use of Salesforce and other sales productivity tools
• Genuine curiosity for AI-powered products — you don't need to be an engineer, but you should be able to hold a credible conversation about how agentic workflows create value for marketers
• Proven track record of exceeding NRR targets and expanding strategic accounts
• Background in media planning, digital advertising, ad-tech, or SaaS strongly preferred; agency experience welcome
• 5–8+ years of sales experience, including selling SaaS-based software and service solutions to enterprise clients
• Executive presence and proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals
