Forward Deployed Engineer (Enterprise AI)

• Engager directement avec les parties prenantes commerciales pour découvrir, définir et prioriser les cas d'utilisation des agents d'IA avec un retour sur investissement clair.
• Concevoir, construire et déployer des agents d'IA de production sur Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock et Databricks, en veillant à ce que chaque agent déployé soit sécurisé, observable, rentable et supportable.
• Travailler en collaboration avec l'ingénierie des données pour tirer parti des actifs de données de l'entreprise et coordonner avec la cybersécurité, l'architecture et les opérations pour répondre aux exigences de gouvernance, de confidentialité et de conformité.

• Able to present technical trade-offs, cost and outcomes directly to executive and non-technical audiences, and to defend them under challenge
• Executive presence — excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior business leaders and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated product thinking: ability to scope, prioritize, and measure the impact of technical solutions
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical product roles, with a record of delivering customer- or stakeholder-facing solutions
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience building, deploying and supporting LLM-based applications, including at least one agentic system running in production — ideally on Amazon Bedrock / Bedrock AgentCore or a comparable platform
• Comfort operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of Terraform and CI/CD (GitHub Actions preferred)
• Working data literacy — SQL and comfort operating in a lakehouse environment (Databricks preferred)
• Infrastructure as code with Terraform preferred
• Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or large-scale consumer e-commerce preferred
• Change management and user enablement experience driving adoption of new tooling at enterprise scale preferred
• Experience working across a multi-model foundation-model estate and selecting models on cost/quality trade-offs preferred
