Senior Treasury Analyst

Join Mission Lane as a Senior Treasury Analyst, where you'll be responsible for daily cash management and liquidity operations. You'll monitor cash positions, execute wire transfers and ACH payments, maintain cash flow forecasts, and support various financial processes. • Monitor daily cash positions across bank accounts, execute and track wire transfers and ACH payments.
• Refine and maintain short and medium-term cash flow forecasts, own daily and monthly bank account reconciliations.
• Support the Senior Treasury Manager with ad hoc reporting and analysis, and ensure compliance with debt covenants.

• You move fast on unfamiliar territory and treat complexity as a puzzle worth solving quickly
• You want to help build something from scratch: designing and standing up treasury processes as the function matures and takes on more scope
• You spot a gap (an undocumented process, a report that takes too long, a better way to reconcile) and go fix it instead of waiting to be asked
• You've used AI tools like Claude to build small tools or automate parts of your own workflow, and want to keep doing more of that
• Remote with the ability to travel approximately up to four times a year for high-quality in-person collaboration
• 4+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable analytical role within financial services or fintech
• Proven ability to operate independently, resolve complex issues within your specialization, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical, cross-functional teams
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with foundational knowledge of (or a strong desire to develop proficiency in) SQL and Python
• Strong foundational understanding of corporate cash management, treasury operations, interest rate risk, and core financial principles
• Experience using AI to streamline and automate business processes (Claude)
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the fintech industry (for example, SOX, GAAP)
• Familiarity with APIs, data integration, and process automation tools (for example, pycharm, visual studio, postman, etc)
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite
