Partner Marketing Lead

Join Zipline, a leading logistics company, as a Partner Marketing Lead. In this role, you will develop and execute a partner marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and long-term growth. You will own the marketing relationship with strategic partners, lead integrated co-marketing campaigns, and identify new partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in partner marketing or related fields, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work onsite in South San Francisco.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and growth for Zipline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, overseeing the marketing relationship from strategy through execution.
• Lead integrated co-marketing campaigns and initiatives that leverage partner-owned channels and resources to achieve measurable results.

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, commercial, and external teams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define success, measure performance, and make informed investment and prioritization decisions
• 7+ years of experience in partner marketing, strategic partnerships, business development, growth marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite from Zipline's South San Francisco office
• Strong relationship-building skills with partner marketing, business, and executive stakeholders
• Experience building and scaling partner marketing or co-marketing programs—not just executing campaigns
• A track record of driving measurable business outcomes through external partnerships
• Comfort building structure in ambiguous environments and influencing without direct authority
