Finance Manager

Join Thesis, a fast-growing health and wellness company, as our first full-time Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting and planning processes, assisting with investor and Board reporting, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accountability to budgets and plans. You will also manage our financial software stack, partner with our external bookkeeper, and work closely with People Ops on risk management. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting, or related fields, and a passion for the health and wellness space.

• Exceptional analytical skills, including fluency in Excel

• Prior experience in a financial role at a start-up or high-growth company
• 4-6 years of experience in finance, FP&A, accounting or related fields
• Organizational prowess and ability to wear multiple hats
• Ownership mentality—you are a self-starter and demonstrate a strong bias for action
• Curiosity about how different parts of the business work
• Prior experience managing expense management tools like Ramp, Brex,
• Passion for Thesis’s mission and the health and wellness space
• Prior experience managing external bookkeepers, tax accountants or other agencies
