Staff Product Manager (Ads Formats)

Join Reddit's Ads Monetization organization as a Staff Product Manager. In this role, you will lead a portfolio of products and features within the Ad Formats & Experience team, driving performance optimization and collaborating with various teams to shape product roadmaps. You will also partner with Consumer Product teams to explore new collaboration opportunities and address evolving consumer experiences.

• Conduire la stratégie et l'exécution d'un portefeuille de formats publicitaires, d'optimisations personnalisées et de fondations de formats.
• Collaborer avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de conception UX, de science des données et de marketing produit pour façonner les feuilles de route des produits.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de marketing produit et de vente pour développer la stratégie de mise sur le marché.

• Direct experience shipping improvements on Ads Formats, Browser or ad optimization
• 6+ years of direct experience as a product manager leading Ads monetization product
• Solid experience building product roadmaps, defining product specs, and developing process to allow cross-functional teams to work collaboratively
• Experience driving products or features from inception to launch
• Exceptional analytical skills and have experience driving products & business decisions that involve quantitative analysis and experimentation
• Experience with Ads product (ex. Pre-click and post-click format optimizations )
