Enterprise Account Executive (LATAM)

Join MaintainX, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, as a Senior Account Executive for the LATAM region. In this high-impact role, you will drive large, strategic deals with mid-market and enterprise-level organizations, navigate complex buying committees, and build long-term strategic relationships. You should have 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and a deep understanding of Latin American enterprise purchasing structures.

• Responsable de liderar ciclos de ventas complejos y estratégicos, desde la prospección hasta el cierre, para clientes de gran tamaño en América Latina.
• Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de ventas a nivel de territorio, enfocándose en la adquisición de nuevos clientes y la expansión de cuentas existentes.
• Construir y mantener relaciones estratégicas a largo plazo con los clientes, actuando como un asesor de confianza y guiando a los prospectos a través del proceso de compra.

• 5–8+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, with enterprise or upper mid-market sales exposure
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese strongly preferred for Brazilian enterprise accounts
• Highly strategic, disciplined, and able to orchestrate multiple internal teams
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate ROI and technical value at C-suite level
• Deep understanding of Latin American enterprise purchasing structures and relationship-driven sales culture
• Proven success running complex, multi-month sales cycles
• You thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building something new within a high-growth environment
• Experience with 6–7 figure opportunities or equivalent LATAM enterprise deal sizes
