Software Engineer (Full Stack, Growth)

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship full stack features that improve member acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using modern web technologies, and build, maintain, and optimize APIs and infrastructure supporting acquisition funnels.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve the reliability, quality, and maintainability of the platform.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for building high-quality, user-focused products in an iterative, data-driven environment
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback and new challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and design teams
• 2–4 years of professional software engineering experience building production web applications
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Proficiency in web development using JavaScript/TypeScript, and React
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
