Join ModernFi, a company that powers over 900 banks and credit unions nationwide. As a founding member of the Product unit, you will have significant ownership over understanding clients, defining the roadmap, and building the platform. You will work at the intersection of clients, engineers, and the business, becoming a subject matter expert on ModernFi's product capabilities and direction.

• Immersing yourself in the client experience to understand their workflows and needs, and synthesizing that information into clear product direction.
• Translating client and market needs into crisp requirements and partnering closely with engineering to ship elegant, impactful products.
• Driving roadmap definition and prioritization alongside product leadership, balancing client needs, business goals, and engineering capacity.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Interest in financial systems and the opportunity to work on meaningful problems with real-world impact
• A strong analytical toolkit: you are fluent with data and comfortable building your own analyses to answer hard questions
• The ability and appetite to become technically conversant: you can learn to engage engineers on APIs, integrations, and system design, even if you can't today
• Exceptional structured thinking and communication: both written and verbal, with the ability to distill complexity for technical and non-technical audiences alike
• High level of empathy, integrity, and calmness under pressure
• Prior product experience is not required. We value judgment, drive, and the ability to learn quickly over titles
