Software Development Engineer in Test

Join our team as a Software Development Engineer in Test. In this role, you will collaborate with development and quality assurance teams to understand product requirements and develop test plans. You will create and execute automated and manual test cases for SaaS-based web applications, identify and report bugs, and work with development teams to resolve them. You will also develop and maintain test automation scripts, design and execute automated API tests, and perform performance, load, and stress testing. Additionally, you will mentor junior automation engineers, lead cross-functional initiatives to improve testing velocity, and partner with product and engineering leadership to identify testing gaps and compliance risks in healthcare workflows.

• Identifier et signaler les bogues et travailler avec les équipes de développement pour les résoudre.

• Experience with agile development methodologies and continuous integration and deployment
• Experience with API testing tools and frameworks like Postman, Katalon, or REST Assured
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• Healthcare experience is highly preferred
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams to build a trusted partnership
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on testing and test automation of SaaS based web applications
• Experience with modern JavaScript based end to end automation tools such as Cypress, CodeceptJS, and Playwright
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Self-starter and self-motivated with the proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
