Product Manager (Mobile Apps)

Join our Mobile Apps team as a Product Manager, where you will own the end-to-end Perplexity experience across iOS and Android. You will identify key mobile user problems, translate them into clear product direction, and collaborate closely with design, engineering, data science, and research to deliver fast, intuitive, and cohesive experiences. You will also anticipate opportunities for innovation in AI usage on mobile, envision new mobile experiences, and develop a long-term vision for both iOS and Android.

• Identifying and addressing mobile user problems, translating them into clear product direction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive experiences.
• Anticipating opportunities for innovation in mobile AI usage, envisioning new mobile experiences, and delivering a long-term vision across iOS and Android.
• Developing a deep understanding of mobile user needs and behaviors, making complex AI behavior understandable on small screens, and driving alignment across multiple teams.

• This role requires strong product judgment, deep user empathy, analytical rigor, fluency in mobile platform constraints and opportunities, and an exceptional eye for detail
• Thrives in a small, agile team: has initiative and desire for ownership
• Experience with rapid mobile prototyping, experimentation, and data visualization
• 4+ years of product management experience
• Strong experience with product management and leadership
• Deep understanding of native mobile interaction patterns, platform capabilities, performance, and reliability
• Experience building data-driven flywheels for iterative improvement
• Experience shipping and scaling high-quality consumer mobile products across iOS or Android
• Strong experience working with data and metrics
