Associate Product Manager (Early Career)

Join Roblox as an Associate Product Manager in a 21-month rotational program designed to develop future product leaders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build features used by millions, and gain valuable experience in product strategy and user research. After the program, you have the opportunity to become a full-time Product Manager at Roblox.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to learn about the full platform ecosystem and apply that knowledge to build and enhance features.
• Partner with senior product managers to define product strategy and roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to write specifications.
• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify creator community needs and opportunities.

• Passionate about user experience, building products and features that delight our community as they play, create, and connect
• Pursuing or possessing an undergraduate/graduate degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, business, mathematics or a related field
• A collaborative partner, comfortable sharing and presenting your ideas across different audiences
