Operations Planning Summer Intern (MBA)

• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to develop and present initiatives that enhance commercial scaling and growth targets.
• Design strategic frameworks and models to address complex operational questions and optimize depot throughput and efficiency.
• Improve the fidelity of planning processes and contribute to maintaining the Plan of Record.

• Fluency in Excel/Google Sheets and general data analytics skills
• Executive communication skills
• Experience building data-driven models to solve operational bottlenecks, improve efficiency, or make large scale cost decisions
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program focused on operations, supply chain, analytics, technology, strategy, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and drive alignment and outcomes between disparate cross functional stakeholders
• Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis languages
• Experience and deep interest in working with physical operations, not just software (e.g., transportation, manufacturing, hospitals, etc.)
