Software Engineering Manager (AI Quality)

• Diriger et gérer une équipe d'ingénieurs en IA et en ML pour développer des conceptions techniques robustes et assurer l'excellence opérationnelle.
• Établir des cadres de test rigoureux pour évaluer la dérive et la performance des modèles, en défendant le principe "Measure What Matters".
• Gérer les relations avec les fournisseurs tiers, superviser l'intégration technologique et la performance du partenariat.

• Proven experience managing third-party vendor relationships and technology partnerships
• Passion for wearable technology and experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Experience managing an AI product at scale is a plus
• Strong technical skills in Applied AI, Machine Learning, and software deployment lifecycles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with significant experience building and measuring the quality of AI/ML products
