Director of Sales (North America)

Join our fast-growing SaaS company as the Director of Sales for North America. In this high-impact leadership role, you will build and develop our sales organization, translate growth objectives into clear operating plans, and coach and develop your team. You will also interact with clients at all stages of the sales cycle, lead cross-functionally, and champion a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in SaaS or MarTech selling to enterprise customers, a strong coaching philosophy, and experience leading and developing a team of Account Executives.

• Clear, confident communicator with strong executive presence
• 5+ years of proven experience within SaaS or MarTech selling to Enterprise customers
• Strong coaching philosophy grounded in growth, accountability, and development
• Experience selling to DTC companies highly preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing a team of Account Executives, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
• Demonstrates high technical acumen and stays ahead of industry trends in AI and digital innovation
