Senior Designer, Marketing & GTM

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to evolve Enigma’s design system and visual language.
• Lead generative and evaluative research to inform design decisions and shape new product directions.
• Own the design and development of Enigma’s products, from incremental updates to new concept exploration.

• Someone who prototypes to think, finds clarity through iteration, and pays attention to the small details that make interfaces feel natural
• You should be comfortable working with complex data and turning it into designs that are clear, consistent, and intuitive
• We’re looking for a designer who cares deeply about craft
• Balances strategic vision with exceptional attention to craft, thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in Figma or similar prototyping tools and modern workflows
• 5+ years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio showing brand system development, typography, layout, and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communicator who can present and defend creative direction to stakeholders
• Proven ability to lead teams or projects through the full creative process, from concept to execution
• Have experience designing for data visualization, analytics, or enterprise tools
• Have contributed to design system foundations or visual language evolution at a growing company
