Director of Product Design

• Lead and support a team of product designers, investing in their growth and career development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to define strategy and ship high-quality solutions.
• Balance management responsibilities with hands-on design work, taking ownership of critical projects that contribute directly to business goals.

• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and ship high-quality work at speed
• Proven ability to lead and scale a team, including hiring and developing talent
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A track record of designing impactful B2B workflow tools for complex, specialized users—experience with internal tooling and/or AI interfaces is a strong plus
• 10+ years of experience in software product design
• 5+ years of experience in managing other designers
