Senior Technical Recruiter

Join Fuse as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where you'll be responsible for attracting and closing top-tier talent across various technical disciplines. You'll own the full-cycle hiring process, develop tailored sourcing strategies, screen and assess candidates, and negotiate offers. You'll work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, a strong focus on technical roles, and excellent relationship-building skills.

• Attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant by developing tailored sourcing strategies.
• Own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit, and negotiate offers to close candidates.

• Comfortable working across a range of technical disciplines, not limited to one specialism
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
• Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, AI, data science or similar) in high-performance environments
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Background hiring at companies known for a high bar, whether agency (trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, tech) or in-house at scaling tech companies
