Product Designer (Partnerships and Brand Experience)

• Lead the design and execution of product experiences that align with Thumbtack's brand system, focusing on visual storytelling, prototyping, and animation.
• Conduct user research and lightweight tests to scope and prioritize product initiatives, transforming ambitious ideas into compelling business and product cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineers, and data scientists, to ideate, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions for customers.

• A blend of agency and in-house product design experience, supported by a strong portfolio
• 3–5 years of product design experience
• Understanding of technical feasibility and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering partners
• Experience translating brand systems into product experiences through motion, iconography, and UI polish
• Experience creating polished micro-interactions, transitions, and animations, with strong attention to craft, timing, and detail
• Strong communication and visual storytelling skills to align cross-functional stakeholders
• Advanced Figma prototyping skills, from low-fidelity flows to high-fidelity experiences with motion and interaction
