Lead Observability Engineer

Join our team as a Lead Observability Engineer, where you will develop, analyze, and maintain tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release. You will write installation scripts, compile and assemble software from source code, and support developers for software package registry and delivery. As a recognized subject matter expert, you will manage large projects, coach and delegate work to lower-level professionals, and provide solutions to complex technical projects. This role requires advanced technical knowledge and a minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including 5 years of position-specific experience.

• Develop, analyze, and maintain tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release.
• Write installation scripts and programs for installation of products, and work with project teams to determine an appropriate build schedule.
• Manage large projects or processes, coach, review, and delegate work to lower level professionals, and provide solutions to complex technical projects.

• Has advanced technical knowledge and has some knowledge in related disciplines
• Possess the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience
• May posses four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field). Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience
