Job Description

Join our team as the Director of Partnerships & PR, where you will lead the development of strategic partnerships and PR initiatives to drive customer acquisition and business growth. You will inherit an established program and have the opportunity to build on that foundation, deepen relationships with high-performing creators, and turn content and distribution into measurable business results. You will also own the partnerships budget, establish performance targets, and communicate results clearly. Additionally, you will lead a team of two and improve systems for partnership management.

  • Establish and execute a comprehensive creator partnerships strategy to drive customer acquisition and profitable growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and build activation plans that connect creator storytelling, organic distribution, paid amplification, and conversion.
  • Own PR and earned media strategy, building credibility and reaching relevant audiences through compelling stories and relationships.
  • Analytical confidence: you can challenge a misleading ROI calculation, work through imperfect attribution, and make a clear recommendation
  • People management experience and the ability to lead strategically while remaining hands-on with briefs, relationships, analysis, and execution
  • Experience leading PR or earned media programs and holding agency partners accountable
  • Track record of scaling creator or influencer partnerships that delivered measurable customer acquisition for a consumer brand
  • Experience in health and wellness, supplements, or healthcare professional partnerships is a plus
  • Strong understanding of paid social, creator-led advertising, partnership ads, content usage rights, and organic distribution
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience developing larger partnerships beyond one-off content transactions
  • Demonstrated AI fluency, with examples of workflows you’ve built or improved
  • The ability to work with Science, Regulatory, or subject-matter experts to translate complex information into clear, accurate partner content
  • Experience owning budgets, negotiating meaningful deals, and making investment decisions based on performance
