Their dedicated team of physicians and physician assistants are experts in the treatment and care of the musculoskeletal system and they are currently seeking a new spine surgeon due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The new spine surgeon will see patients in an office and surgery center in Odessa.

Duties of the role include, but are not limited to: - perform surgical procedures in the treatment of injuries - consult with patients to determine appropriate courses of treatment - examine patients while ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests - obtain information on medical conditions to determine diagnosis - provide consultation and comprehensive management of patients - monitor patients’ conditions and progress - reevaluate patients’ conditions and progress as necessary - support appropriate referrals The full details of the role are negotiable and will be collaboratively decided between the practice and the physician.

The practice is open to surgeons who exclusively do spine for part-time or per diem work, but is unable to offer full-time for spine-only. They can offer full-time to surgeons who also do interventional pain and general orthopedic surgeries.
