Operations Assistant

You will quickly and accurately generate certificates of analysis for outgoing orders Update management on the status of open orders You have strong customer service skills Filing, source fill sheets and closed tickets You will generate sample certificates of analysis New employee training (1st week and 90 day) Current employee compliance (LMS Admin/ exception reports Filing of employee training) You will conduct safety training meetings/ toolboxes You will be responsible for Compliance Reporting:

Annual- Form R, Tier 2, Industrial hygiene, Monthly- Technical bulletins, Biennial- Hazardous Waste Log, General- LEI, PSM/RMP You will be responsible for Waste Management as needed through SET You will be responsible for Safety Purchasing (PPE- boots, gloves, safety glasses, misc gear, winter gear) You will be responsible for Production Purchasing (Lot stickers, labels, printer toner) You will be responsible for First Aid maintenance in coordination with Cintas You will be responsible for SDS maintenance (Dissected quarterly with 3EOnline)
