Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. $5,000 Sign on Bonus Available! 1st Shift | Monday-Thursday| 5am-3:30pm What you´ll do Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine equipment inspections and servicing to prevent unexpected system failures and costly downtime.

Troubleshooting Repair

Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, issues and executing safe, effective repairs.

Safety Compliance

Adhering to OSHA regulations, including (LOTOTO), wearing required PPE, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.

System Logging

Documenting maintenance logs, equipment parts inventory, and repairs into a workorder system (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Cross-Functional Support

Assisting with facility updates, collaborating with operators on equipment performance, and responding quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
