Senior Systems Specialist, Workplace AV & Event Technology (4 Days Onsite- Brentwood, TN)

This position is 4 days onsite in Brentwood, TN. No relocation package available with this position. The Senior Systems Specialist - Workplace Event Technology is responsible for the design, operational health, stability, and high performance of all in-building audio-visual systems, hybrid meeting spaces, digital signage, and event technology.

Leads technical preparation and live execution for high-visibility town halls, broadcasts, and executive presentations. Manages, maintains, and supports all conference room hardware, unified communications setups, digital signage systems, and presentation spaces across the facility. Leads live production engineering for high-stakes hybrid meetings, company-wide town halls, webcasts, and on-site executive presentations.

Works routinely with executive leadership for both on-premises and remote A/V needs, ensuring appropriate use and function. Troubleshoots complex audio, video, control system, and network streaming failures in real time with minimal business disruption. Partners with facility management and external vendor teams to install, upgrade, and commission new AV hardware and conference room builds.

Performs routine preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system health checks on all building AV controllers, displays, and microphones. Maintains physical inventory of all AV technology across supported locations. Domestic U.S. travel may be required.
