Field Service Technician

You will analyze customer machines onsite to diagnose problems and independently recommend solutions through service or equipment sales Survey customer machines to establish baseline efficiencies, analyze potential productivity gains and savings, present findings, and implement solutions independently You are going to install new machines according to manufacturer installation standards Collaborate with National Market Manager(s) to propose new machines to existing and new customers Ensure equipment is in safe working condition after repairs are completed Provide monthly reporting of activities and billings to the National Automation Service Manager You are expected to attend service trainings to stay current with the latest technologies and offerings Work collaboratively within a team environment alongside other regional technicians Thrive in a diverse and inclusive workplace that values your unique perspective and fosters respect, integrity, and belonging
