What you´ll do Manage and grow Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB)/Dial Professional business with the Wholesale, National Account, and B2B Distributors in designated territory. Responsible for developing sales plans to meet or exceed sales and margin targets within the territory.

Build and manage sales broker relationships in the territory to meet/exceed sales targets and create open pipeline of opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships and product assortment strategies with wholesalers, national accounts and distributors in the territory. Lead sales broker team to end user targets within the Jan/San, Industrial, Office, Education, Hospitality, Foodservice Verticals Maintain customer forecasts to ensure accuracy of product availability for the territory.

Build, track and manage trade spending with customers in the territory. Travel to customer meetings, trade shows, end users as needed to grow the business in the territory.
