Oversees and controls the implementation of the standards, policies and guidelines related to the topics within the scope of R D and ensure compliance with local regulations and Henkel correspondent Standards.

Has responsibility for internal and external reporting requirements for safety, environmental, and compliance matters. Coordinate Safety Health Environmental (SHE) occupational risk assessments, audits, assessments, certifications, and corrective action programs. Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the R D SHE Management System.

Support incident management, emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation. Develop SHE training and capability-building initiatives. Lead Regional SHE projects and stakeholder engagement across R D.
