Service Responsibilities Responsible for making reservations for future or in-house guests for dining, spa, golf, wellness activities, outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, trap shooting, etc., airline reservation, and transportation. Provide guests with daily hotel tours. Provide access to the business center.

Assist with guest check in/out as needed. Information Responsibilities Maintain a working knowledge of all resort properties and onsite facilities including hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions. Also have a detailed knowledge of the history of Kohler and the assigned hotel.

Provide guests with information on hotel facilities and history. Provide brochures on the hotel and local attractions. Also fill brochure rack when necessary.

Provide directions and maps, including walking trails, city map, or state maps. Also provide guest with weather or road conditions. Message and Amenity Responsibilities Inform room service of amenity deliveries and fill out the necessary information.

Inform other shifts of daily activities through the use of the concierge logbook or notes. Inform supervisor of any problems or unusual circumstances.
