Lead Field Service Technician

You will collaborate with management, plant technicians, Technical Support Engineers, and the Equipment Reliability Group to meet operational goals Lead safety, quality, operations, and compliance activities at regional plant locations Perform preventative and predictive maintenance and calibrate industrial plant equipment Further, you will troubleshoot and resolve plant process and operational issues efficiently Lead plant technicians to manage site operations, ensuring production specifications, reliability, and administrative requirements are met Plan and execute maintenance outages and coordinate resources for maintenance and compliance audits And you will interpret process and instrumentation diagrams and complete self-directed training on air separation processes Oversee maintenance budgets, project cost proposals, customer billing, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized facility
