Customer Service/Security Attendant (1 PTT Casual), CPTN11041PARTS

Provide professional and courteous customer service, security of certain areas and information to patrons at the McAninch Arts Center for rental events such as graduations, award ceremonies, ethnic and cultural functions. Arrive 1 hour to 90 minutes prior to event and remain on duty throughout event. Minimum shift of 4 hours.

Monitor and enforce a variety of rules set by renter/purchaser. Checking credentials including: hand stamps, wristbands, ID's, etc. Manage constant flow of patrons in and out of theaters. Provide directional information to patrons and safety measures in case of evacuation.

Provide security and limit access to certain areas. Other duties as dictated by renter/purchaser. Provide prompt, professional and courteous responses to all patron concerns.

Other duties as required.
