Senior Software Testing Engineer (Salesforce)

Join our team as a Senior Software Testing Engineer focused on Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems. In this role, you will apply your strong manual testing expertise and hands-on Java test automation skills to ensure high product quality. You will design and execute functional, integration, API, and end-to-end tests, analyze test results and defects, and collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will contribute to automated test coverage, manage the defect lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement in the testing process.

• 5+ years of experience in software testing / QA engineering, including hands-on experience with Java-based test automation
• Experience defining or applying quality gates, test metrics, and release readiness criteria
• Practical experience with Java programming for test automation
• Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to testing process improvements
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience creating and maintaining test plans, test designs, test cases and test reports
• Solid experience with defect management, including severity and priority assessment, defect trend analysis, and risk communication
• Strong understanding of manual test design techniques, risk-based testing, release quality assessment, automation strategy and QA methodologies
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience contributing to automated testing initiatives is considered an advantage
• Hands-on experience with API testing, web services, integration validation, automated API checks and test evidence collection
• Ability to write SQL/SOQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and test evidence collection
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Advanced experience with Java-based automation frameworks and CI/CD-integrated test execution
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and customization (Apex, flows, etc.)
• Experience testing complex integrations across multiple systems
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and quality gates
• Background working in regulated environments (such as SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Salesforce certifications
