Partnerships Operations Manager

• Coordination of cross-functional touchpoints to execute existing partner programs and ensure follow-through on operational cadences.
• Ownership of recurring performance reporting and dashboards, including pacing and audience-level analysis for decision-making.
• Facilitation of campaign operations, quality assurance, and documentation to ensure smooth execution of partner programs.

• Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, driving initiatives from planning through execution while managing competing deadlines
• Strong documentation instincts. You default to writing the playbook, not just doing the task
• Comfort building financial models and pacing dashboards from scratch. You don't need to own the strategy, but you need to be fluent in the numbers behind it
• 3-5 years of business operations experience, ideally in partnerships, commerce media, or performance marketing
• Experience facilitating campaign ops or QA workflows (launch tracking, tracker migrations, etc)
