Senior Product Manager (AI & Platform)

As a Senior Product Manager for AI & Platform, you will lead the development of our AI tools and core platform, driving horizontal impact across all Binti modules. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and module-specific squads to ensure seamless integration of AI and platform capabilities into the daily workflow of social workers. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI in government and social services at a national scale.

• AI-native in how you work and what you build. You already use Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or v0 daily and are excited to stay on the cutting edge as frontier models and applications continue to evolve
• 5+ years of product management experience, with a heavy emphasis on B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or AI-integrated products. Experience with regulated, government-facing, or complex workflow software is a plus
• Excel at taking complex, fragmented requirements and distilling them with principled systems thinking into elegant, configurable platform components
• Passion for Binti’s mission and values and a belief that better technology leads to better outcomes for children and families
• Experience taking products from "early-stage" to "enterprise-scale," specifically within regulated or government-facing environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a range of audiences, from executives and agency leadership to social workers and caregiver families
• Comfortable in technical discussions on API design, LLM orchestration, and data architecture. You have informed opinions on where AI belongs in high-stakes workflows and where it doesn't
