- Experience leading or supporting design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of coordinating multi-discipline hardware programs from requirements through integration and test
- Strong technical fundamentals with the ability to engage credibly with engineers across EPS, digital systems, FPGA, communications, and harness disciplines
- Demonstrated experience with requirements decomposition, flow-down, and traceability management for electrical or avionics systems
- Experience developing and managing interface control documents across complex, multi-discipline hardware programs
- 5–10 years of professional experience in technical program management, systems engineering, avionics engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to convey technical information clearly to both engineering and program management audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, track dependencies, and coordinate work across multiple engineering disciplines
- Ability to maintain or obtain TS//SCI clearance
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency with requirements management tools such as DOORS, Jama, or Confluence
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent program management certification
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Experience with spacecraft avionics architectures including flight computers, EPS, data handling systems, and harness design
- Familiarity with spacecraft power system design, power budgeting, and distribution architectures
- Experience with digital communications interfaces and protocols used in spacecraft systems
- Demonstrated experience facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, stand-ups) for hardware engineering teams
- Experience managing technical risks, dependencies, and critical path activities across complex hardware programs
