Senior Product Manager (Mortgage Lending Technology)

• Deep customer empathy — you've invested real time understanding users and translated those insights into shipped improvements
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant product management experience
• Analytical mindset — comfortable using data and product analytics tools to drive decisions and measure outcomes
• Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end — discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complexity and align diverse stakeholders
• Strong command of agile methodologies and modern product discovery practices (Jobs-to-Be-Done, continuous discovery, etc.)
• Experience managing API-integrated software products with multiple stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with API/integration products — you understand developer needs and how platform extensibility creates value
• Domain experience in mortgage lending, loan origination systems (LOS), or financial institution software
• Exposure to AI/ML in product contexts — you've thought carefully about where intelligent automation adds genuine value vs. hype
• Experience working with or selling to banks, credit unions, or other regulated financial institutions
• Working knowledge of consumer lending regulations (TILA, ECOA, fair lending, CFPB guidance)
