Field Marketing Manager (North America)

Join our team as a Field Marketing Manager for North America. In this role, you will lead field marketing execution, manage inbound leads, partner with sales teams, plan targeted outbound campaigns, and coordinate field activity across a decentralized sales organization. You should have around 10 years of experience in field marketing, including marketing automation and account-based marketing campaigns, as well as experience managing or developing SDR teams.

• Lead the execution of field marketing strategies across North America, managing the connection between marketing, sales, and SDR activity.
• Oversee the NORAM field marketing function, including managing a team of SDRs and an Events Lead, and ensuring effective coordination of field activity and campaign execution.
• Plan and execute targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with SDRs, utilizing marketing automation and account-based marketing tools to tailor messages to specific audiences.

• The ability to build targeted, multi-touch campaigns for complex buying journeys that can span 12 to 18 months
• Experience in complex healthcare, life sciences or comparable B2B buying environments; a deep understanding of the buying journey is more important than specific diagnostic workflow expertise
• C. 10 years of experience in field marketing, including marketing automation and account-based marketing campaigns
• Experience managing or developing SDR teams and coordinating closely with sales
