Data Partnerships Business Development Lead

Join Celonis, a leading company in the AI ecosystem. As the Data Partnerships Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with top Data and AI platforms, as well as ERP, CRM, and industry-specific vendors. You will own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle for our most strategic Data partners and position Celonis as the essential "context layer" for Enterprise AI. Your mission will involve identifying high-impact AI use cases, designing joint Agentic solutions, and managing OEM accounts. You will also serve as the primary liaison between our partners and the Celonis Applied AI, Engineering, and Product teams.

• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle for strategic Data partners, positioning Celonis as the essential "context layer" for Enterprise AI.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases, design joint Agentic solutions, and manage OEM accounts to ensure Celonis is the engine behind their intelligent automation.
• Drive AI-First Sales Cycles and support leadership in driving complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with tier-one software vendors.

• Proven ability to build business cases for AI-driven transformation and negotiate complex commercial frameworks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong technical acumen in the AI/Data stack (e.g., understanding of LLMs, Vector Databases, and how Process Intelligence integrates with AI agents)
• Ability to translate complex process data into a compelling AI value proposition for executive-level stakeholders
• Track record of navigating first-of-their-kind sales cycles in the AI or Data infrastructure space
• 4–6+ years of experience in Enterprise Software, Business Development, or AI/ML Solution Consulting
