• Lead end-to-end project delivery on strategic implementations, managing scope, planning, resources, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Guide change management for legal and IT teams at enterprise clients, helping them transition confidently to new workflows and ways of working.
• Own the configuration and setup advisory for each customer, developing deep product knowledge across the full suite to deliver tailored, hands-on implementation.
