Lead Product Designer

Join Faire, a company dedicated to good design, as a Lead Product Designer. In this role, you'll collaborate with a tight-knit team of designers to create beautiful and intuitive experiences for small retailers and maker brands. You'll shape Faire's product, work with various teams, and focus on designing features and experiences for a strategic pillar of the product. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, build, and release new products and features, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Lead the design process by constructing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation, and delivering high-fidelity visuals.
• Participate in and/or lead user interviews and research to better understand customer needs, and contribute strategic thinking to product features and roadmap.

• A growth-mindset. You’re open and receptive to feedback, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• 6+ years of experience designing digital products and systems. Your previous work demonstrates an attention to detail and high quality visual, UX, systems design, and content design
• Great communication skills. You present design decisions and processes clearly and confidently, regardless of audience
• A sense of humor. We spend a lot of time together—sharing gifs and laughing over zoom keeps us energized and inspired throughout the day
