Human Resources Manager

• Comfortable with ambiguity and energized by building — this is not a role where all the processes are already in place
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus
• Strong employee relations instincts — you know how to listen, de-escalate, and find the right path forward
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can adjust your style from a one-on-one with an employee to a policy memo for the company
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a comparable HRIS/payroll platform
• 4–7 years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a technology, startup, or high-growth environment
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. employment law and multi-state compliance requirements
• A collaborative, low-ego team player who is as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are thinking strategically
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball
