Tech Lead Manager (Product Engineering, Identity Security)

Join Abnormal's Identity Security team as a Tech Lead Manager. You'll be at the forefront of securing the new reality of identity management in the cloud and AI systems. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll work hands-on with a small team, collaborate on technical direction, gather feedback from customers, and set engineering standards. • 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Track record of shipping products in fast-moving environments
• Ability to read, write, and review code at a high level (Python/Go preferred)
• Experience hiring and developing engineers
• Experience building enterprise/B2B security products
• Exposure to AWS, Kafka, containerized services, microservices
• Familiarity with machine learning systems or ML-adjacent infrastructure
