Developer Social & Content Manager

Join Crusoe, a leading AI infrastructure company, as a Developer Social & Content Manager. In this hands-on role, you will own our organic social presence, create engaging content, and build relationships with key influencers in the AI and infrastructure space. You will be responsible for managing our social channels, shooting and editing short-form videos, and turning technical announcements into engaging content. This is a unique opportunity to combine your passion for content creation with your knowledge of AI and infrastructure.

• This is a hands-on role for someone who thinks like a creator first and a marketer second: comfortable pulling out a phone at a product launch or an industry event and coming back with something worth posting, comfortable enough with AI/infrastructure concepts to write copy that doesn't get laughed out of a technical Twitter/X reply thread, and organized enough to run a real editorial calendar across channels
• Genuine fluency with AI/ML and infrastructure concepts. You don't need to have trained a model, but you should be able to read a technical launch and know what's actually interesting about it
• Comfortable working independently, moving fast, and reacting to news in real time
• A portfolio of short-form video you've shot and edited yourself (phone-shot is fine - we care about instinct and pacing, not production value)
• Strong writing chops! You can write a thread that a CTO would retweet and an ML engineer wouldn't roast
• Experience running a multi-channel editorial calendar and reporting on performance
• 4+ years managing social media for a technical, developer-facing, or B2B tech brand. AI/ML/infrastructure/cloud experience strongly preferred
• Intense operational rigor: strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, requests, and posts at once without dropping the ball
• Experience with community platforms (Discord, Reddit, Hacker News) relevant to the developer/AI audience and social media management tools like Sprout Social
• Prior experience at a GPU cloud, hyperscaler, or AI infrastructure company
• Existing relationships with AI/infrastructure creators, journalists, or influencers
• Basic motion graphics/editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, or similar)
