Senior Legal Counsel - Business

As a Senior Legal Business Partner, you will act as a trusted legal advisor to DiliTrust's commercial organization in the US and Canada, leading negotiations and supporting business growth. You will work closely with various business functions and have a strategic and hands-on role in managing negotiations and improving contracting processes.

• Lead the drafting, review, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements for DiliTrust’s US and Canadian markets.
• Advise Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Finance, and other stakeholders throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, fallback positions, and approval guidelines to streamline deal execution.
