Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager

Join Grafana Labs as a Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager. In this pivotal role, you will strengthen our financial framework, shape accounting operations, and support key strategic initiatives as we scale globally. You will prepare and review financial statements, own key financial reporting controls, conduct technical accounting research, evaluate and adopt new accounting standards, and partner cross-functionally to understand business transactions. • Préparer et/ou examiner les états financiers, les documents de travail de soutien et les listes de contrôle de divulgation pour garantir un reporting financier conforme aux GAAP.
• Posséder les contrôles de reporting financier trimestriels et annuels clés, en veillant à ce qu'ils fonctionnent efficacement et que les preuves soient complètes.
• Posséder la recherche comptable technique sur des transactions complexes et non récurrentes, en appliquant les GAAP et la littérature autorisée pour parvenir à des conclusions bien étayées.

• Experience supporting financial reporting controls and external audits
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, including but not limited to ASC 230, ASC 260, ASC 350, ASC 606, ASC 718, and ASC 805
• Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills, written and verbal
• Experience researching FASB Accounting Standards Codification and Big 4 interpretive guidance
• Big 4 experience (or similar technical accounting advisory background) and CPA certification (or equivalent) required
• Attention to detail and sound judgment in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Ability to lead projects collaboratively in a changing environment, work independently, and manage multiple priorities
