Recruiter

In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and build sourcing strategies. You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience, track hiring performance, and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers. This is not a traditional recruiting role, and you will be part of a collaborative, mission-driven Talent team. • A strong communicator who builds trust with candidates and stakeholders
• 5-8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Data-informed, organized, and proactive in managing competing priorities
• Thrives in fast-moving, high-growth environments where priorities evolve quickly
• Experience closing complex offers, including negotiation across competing compensation and equity packages
• Passionate about candidate experience and building strong, high-performing teams
• To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
• Startup or high-growth company experience
• Experience recruiting in technical, manufacturing, or hardware-software environments
