Food Server - Macau Kitchen

Join the Hard Rock team as a Food Server at Macau Kitchen. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, performing side work, clearing tables, assisting with opening and closing functions, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. You will also need to have a strong knowledge of property information, food products, and current promotions. • Monitors guests’ needs on a continual basis, ensuring all requests are promptly filled.
• Performs all necessary side work, including polishing and rolling silverware, restocking items, and cutting lemons.
• Assists with opening and closing the functions according to prescribed specifications, and performs bus person duties to clear tables.
