Manager, Sportsbook Retention

Join our team as the Manager of Sportsbook Retention, where you will lead the engagement, promotions, retention, communications, and product marketing for Bally Bet and MONOPOLY Sportsbook. You will set the retention strategy for North America, partner cross-functionally to build standout player experiences, and harness AI and emerging tech to personalize journeys. Additionally, you will manage key partner relationships, run multi-channel lifecycle campaigns, and build and coach a high-performing team.

• Lead the Sportsbook Retention function, including engagement, promotions, retention, communications, and product marketing.
