Senior Sales Operations Analyst

Join Oscar Health as a Senior Sales Operations Analyst. In this role, you will support and optimize Oscar's sales channels and partnerships, manage implementations and onboarding operations with key distribution partners, and identify and resolve gaps within our sales processes. You will also provide advanced support on complex escalations, monitor key operational metrics, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in an operations role, experience with CRMs and sales operations solutions, and experience working within the healthcare or insurance industries.

• Manage implementations and onboarding operations with key distribution partners to enable them to sell and enroll Oscar products.
• Identify and resolve gaps within our sales processes and develop recommendations on how to improve efficiency of our various sales channels.
• Provide advanced support on complex escalations and work across the organization to identify root causes and manage resolution.

• Experience using basic SQL queries to pull data from databases
• 3+ years of experience working on projects with a team-based approach
• 3+ years of experience in an operations role, or other relevant experience
• Experience working with CRMs and sales operations solutions (Salesforce, Zendesk)
• Experience working within healthcare or insurance industries
