Job Description
Join as a Senior Technical Program Manager, where you will own delivery with our largest enterprise clients. You will run the weekly cadence, scope client requests, push back when necessary, and escalate issues at the right time. This role requires cross-functional collaboration, handling difficult conversations, and building repeatable processes. Enjoy unlimited PTO, full medical and dental benefits, a 401k with match, company equity, a fully remote work environment, and paid parental leave.
- Run the weekly client cadence, own the project plan, status, risks, and decisions with the client.
- Scope client requests with judgment, turning vague asks into scoped, agreed requirements.
- Push back on unrealistic requests, break down large requests into manageable parts, and escalate critical issues at the right time.
- Proven Client-Facing Skill: Ability to describe a past client project, its conflicts, and how you handled them, clearly and without heavy prompting
- High Technical Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication, adjusted for engineers, executives, and clients
- Program Management Experience: 7-10+ years running technical programs with external stakeholders. Prior TPM, consulting, solutions or forward-deployed engineering, or similar client-facing technical roles all count
- Technical Foundation: Past experience as a software engineer, or a computer science degree plus hands-on technical work. You can follow architecture and delivery tradeoffs and judge effort without being hand-held. You don't need to be coding today
- Willingness to Say No: You hold a position under pressure, neither a doormat nor combative, and keep the client's trust
- Cross-Functional Track Record: Experience working with Product, Engineering, Support, the business side, and clients on go-to-market products
- Platform-Level Understanding: You learn how the whole product fits together, not only one client's slice, and use that to right-size requests
- Experience with large enterprise or financial-institution clients
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and due-diligence reviews
- Experience with enterprise integrations, SSO, or data handling (such as PII redaction)
- Exposure to WealthTech, FinTech, or estate and tax planning (helpful, not expected)
- Experience building repeatable client delivery processes
